Rani Mukharji is come back after 2014 with her new film HICHKI, her last movie was Mardaani, Hichki is an YRF production and directed by Siddharth P Malhotra.
Rani Mukharji plays a teacher roll with Tourette’s syndrome in this film. Tourette syndrome is a common neuropsychiatric disorder onset in childhood, characterized by multiple motor tics and at least one vocal (phonic) tic. Tics characteristically wax and wane, Can be suppressed temporarily typically preceded by an unwanted urge or sensation in the affected muscles. Some common tics are eye blinking, coughing, throat clearing, sniffing, and facial movements.
Tourette’s does not adversely affect intelligence or life expectancy.
The YRF has produced this movie ‘HICHKI’ which is based on the Hollywood drama Front of the Class, the protagonist suffers from the same disorder but emerges a gifted teacher after fighting all odds in life.
