New Delhi: The COVID-19 pandemic has brought with it a sense of uncertainty in all spheres of our lives. However, while adults may still be able to strike a balance,  or reason with themselves on why they cannot, teenagers, perhaps, can have a hard time struggling with what the pandemic has brought upon them. Competitive, school, and college exams, and the job crisis that people are now faced with can really aggravate their stress. This can also lead to the use of substances such as cigarettes and alcohol, something not meant for their age, and can have serious physical and mental health implications.
