ABA Therapist / Behaviour Therapist
About the Role
As an ABA Therapist, you will work closely with children to support
behavioural, communication, and daily living skills using evidence-based
ABA practices in a structured, supportive environment.

Sessions scheduled in advance; timings may vary based on client needs
Key Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one and group
ABA therapy sessions

Assist in behavioural assessments under BCBA supervision

Implement
individualized Behaviour Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies

Track progress through session data and documentation

Support parents and caregivers with therapy strategies

Participate in group activities and team discussions
Collaboration & Growth

Work closely with supervisors, BCBAs, therapists,
educators, and centre teams

Attend training sessions, supervision meetings,
and skill-building programs
Experience
Freshers and experienced professionals passionate about
working with children are welcome.
Qualification
BA/MA in Psychology (RCI registered)
