About the Role
As a Special Educator, you will support children with diverse learning
and developmental needs through individualized instruction,
structured interventions, and inclusive educational practices.
Work Setup

Centre-based role

Individual and small-group sessions as per planned schedules
Key Responsibilities

Assess learning strengths and challenges using standardized tools
and observations

Develop and implement
Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Adapt curriculum and teaching methods for diverse needs

Support children with ASD, SLD, intellectual disabilities,
HI, VI, and developmental delays

Foster academic, social, emotional,
and daily living skills

Collaborate with therapists, educators, and families

Maintain student records, progress reports,
and documentation

Support group learning activities and
early intervention initiatives
Collaboration & Growth

Work within a multidisciplinary team environment

Participate in training programs and
continuous learning opportunities
Experience
Freshers and experienced professionals passionate about
working with children are welcome.
Qualification
D.Ed, B.Ed, M.Ed in ID/LD (RCI registered)
